• Planning production and dispatch + follow-up
• Planning + communication with external textile finisher and external ready-to-wear finisher
• Confirming weaving production
• Managing production figures and leading efforts for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Coaching of managers in production
• Managing a team of +/- 20 workers
• Communication with the shop floor (NL - FR - ENG)
• Monitoring stock levels + passing on orders for materials for ready-to-wear items + dispatch
• Monitoring product quality
• Working independently as well as in team
• Day work - Full-time
