Natural wool rug with fine floating structures combined with viscose chenille.The Nora quality is a flat woven construction with a base of natural undyed wool and one color in viscose chenille. The viscose chenille is made in Europe with dope dyed viscose. Creative blending of the viscose fibers creates a natural looking chenille with unique color effects. The floating effects add embossment to these carpet creels, allowing us to offer a wide variety of pile colors. The wool edges give the carpet an extra traditional effect.
Nora was created by using our natural yarns in combination with our many years of technical knowledge. By combining all this knowledge and using our specialized machinery it was possible to develop this quality that looks like a traditional carpet because of the finishing.

This fire reaction test standard describes a test method for determining the flammability of a rug when exposed to a small-scale fire source that attempts to simulate a burning source, such as a burning ember from a fireplace. This is done under controlled lab conditions.
